Supervisor James was totally cool, very knowledgeable, and easy to understand. Travis, the Technician, was very professional, and knowledgeable, and also easy to understand, and an ability to explain what was wrong and how to fix the problem. Great job guys. Also Travis, gave me the coupon discount for my oil change. Another great Meineke Car Care Center.

While visiting out of town, my liner underneath the car came loose and was hanging on the ground dragging. What a relief after 5:00 to find a fantastic repair shop 5 minutes from my hotel that was open till 6:00 to save the day! Spectacular, friendly, helpful staff-highly recommend!

Highly recommend having your car repairs done here. I was visiting from out of state and they got me in immediately and fixed my a/c. Tommy had the team inspect my vehicle to be sure my children and I would have a safe trip home and thankfully they did. They found and fixed a small issue that could have caused much bigger issues down the road. Thank you Tommy for your kindness, and exceptional service from your team!

James and his team are absolutely fantastic. They consistently take great care of both me and my vehicles, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of the service they provide. I honestly can’t say enough good things about them—fair pricing, a friendly and professional staff, and top-notch work every time. It’s rare to find a shop you can truly trust, but this is definitely one of them. A special thank you to James for always going above and beyond to help me out. I highly recommend this shop to anyone needing repairs. Five stars all the way!

Tommy and James were fantastic!! Long story short, we were travelling from Huntsville to Savannah and my engine light started blinking around a little town called Soperton at around 4:50PM on a Friday. The mechanic there checked it, gave me the number of a tow truck (just in case) and said I could make it if I took it easy. We DID make it and Saturday morning, I happened upon Meineke Car Care. These guys took such good care of me! They made sure I was comfortable while I waited and ended up having great conversation with Tommy. They told me everything I needed and went straight to work and had me finished at about 1230. So thank you guys for your hard work and kindness! It is rare to find a place like that. The prices were reasonable (especially for what I needed) and I am so grateful to them. It's so stressful to have any car trouble but especially out of town. I would definitely use them again!
